Budget Camera Store Return & Exchange Terms

If your Item is damaged or you received the wrong order, we may accept returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery or pickup date.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging materials included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Budget Camera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

• Opened consumables and expendables
• Seamless paper backdrops that have been opened, cut, damaged, or used
• Special-order or custom-order products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact Budget Camera to obtain return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
• Budget Camera is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal or greater value, subject to inventory availability.

Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy.

Special-order and custom-order products may not be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier.
