Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada using Purolator. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through Purolator using the most appropriate service level based on the destination and package size.

Available shipping options may include:

• Purolator Ground
• Purolator Express

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by Purolator and may vary by location:

• Ontario: 1–3 business days
• Quebec: 1–4 business days
• Western Canada: 3–7 business days
• Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days
• Northern Territories and Remote Areas: 5–10+ business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Purolator tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package
• Photos of the damaged item(s)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Purolator to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees may apply if:

• An incorrect address is provided
• A package is returned to us due to an address error
• Reshipment is required

Signature Requirements

Budget Camera may require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized, fragile, hazardous, or special-order products may be subject to additional shipping requirements or restrictions. Customers will be notified if additional arrangements are necessary.
